I was in India in February, 2020 and went to Dr Sambhu's clinic in Kovalam for 22 Panchakarma therapy sessions. This was my first trip to India and my fist introduction to punchakarma so I simply did not know what to expect. I was open to this new experience. At the end of my therapy my body felt like it was made of warm clay and I could shape it in any way I wanted. Dr. Sambhu's magical oils and intelligent hands of my masseuses had done wonders.
